Memorial Weekend

On Memorial Weekend we went camping with Jeb's family in Leadore. It wasn't too bad other than being really uncomfortable. The kids had a ton of fun. Jeb had his own little mini vacation. He had a ton of fun going four wheeling, rock climbing, and shooting with his brothers. I just tried to sit on my butt and do nothing. Sometimes is worked sometimes it didn't. Sunday it rained on us most of the day, but wasn't too bad other than the mud. We decided to pack up and come home on Monday when it started raining again.

I took a picture of how big the rock was that they all climbed

They decided to make paper airplanes and throw them off the top of the rock

All of our kids have a little pose that they do with pictures, the boys do spiderman and apparently this is Ella's pose of Tinkerbell.

The boys decided to shoot off bottle rockets. Jeb held Tyson is front of him for one of them. Tyson came away soaked from the water.

Our baby news!!

So yesterday we went into the doctor. It was a good appointment. Our date is scheduled for July 1st, unless we go into labor before then. The baby is no longer breech which is nice to know. I have no idea when he decided to flip. He has dropped a little bit too. I can breathe a little bit easier now unless I lay down then I feel like an elephant is on my chest. He is quite the mover still. I am glad to be on the down hill slope of things, but am also feeling very unprepared. Hopefully I can get everything done that I need to before Jeb leaves for his two weeks, but we'll see. That only gives me a couple of weeks still. So I guess we'll see how everything goes these next couple of weeks.

My first quilt!!!!

So I am not a very handy person, but I decided that I needed a project to do to keep me busy. Although it only took 3 days to do. But I did it anyways and it turned out so cute. My very first quilt all by myself. I'm pretty proud of myself. The picture doesn't do the quilt justice though.

I totally have to brag!!!!!!!!!!!

I so have to brag about my husband right now. Our anniversary is this Friday, but he is going to be at drill so we decided to celebrate it early.

He called his sister to watch the kids for us so we could go out. He got home from work and was really wanting to leave. So we gathered the kids and left. We went out to eat and then to a movie. Half way through the movie he turns to me and says, "Let's not go home tonight." I started freaking out thinking what are we going to tell your sister? Do we need to go home and pack some stuff for them? Wait a minute how long have you been planning this? After the movie we went and got Blizzard's from Dairy Queen and I just let the questions fly. Turns out that he had already packed the kids and talked to his sister like a month ago. He also packed me too so I didn't have to worry about anything. It was so great. We went to the hotel and just relaxed and talked. We slept in, had breakfast and went shopping. I would have to say that was my funnest anniversary ever. He was so sweet to plan all of that. Usually I think that I am pretty perceptive, but apparently not cause he packed my stuff right under my nose. What a big sweetheart he is and I can't believe that we have been married 8 years. I just totally seems to have flown by.

Easter

Easter weekend was so much fun. Jeb spent all day building the kids their Easter present, a new swing set. He spent all day Saturday working on it. He ended up having to stop because of the rain, but after it lifted he went right back out and finished it. The kids didn't get to play on it until Sunday morning. They love it and always want to go outside and play. It is so nice that I don't have to force them out the door to go play anymore.

My cute little kids. I just think they are so adorable.

My birthday

So April 1st was my birthday. I pretty much spent the day getting pampered. Jeb got me a massage and a chiropractor adjustment. It was so nice. We ate homemade pizza and cake. It was nice to have a day to really relax and be lazy.

Me and the kids.

Lucas Birthday!

At the end of March we went down to Provo for my Nephew's birthday. It was so much fun. We went to a play place and let the kids get worn out. Then we went to Justin and Paola's house and let the kids destroy a couple of pinatas. We had so much fun and enjoyed the weekend away with family. After the party we went over the Mom and Dad's house. I think that Sunday is my favorite time there. I love eating my Mom's Sunday dinners, they are so good. I met my soon to be sister-in-law Kyndra. She was so fun to talk to and get to know. I am so excited for her and my brother to get married.

Eric
Ella would get right up to the pinata and then she wouldn't hit it. It was so funny to watch her walk right up to it and then tell Jeb "No hit Daddy"
Lucas
So if you guys haven't done a pinata they are really strong. We let all the kids beat it up pretty good so then we got my brother Alex girlfriend, Fiorella up there and Jeb handed her a saw of some sort to try and cut it up. It was really funny to watch her hack it up.
