Our family went down to my Mom and Dad's this weekend for some of the early Pioneer Day celebration. We just had a blast. It was so much fun to be around everyone and to relax and let loose. Here are some of the pictures of it. Jeb started the water fight by getting Uncle Jerold while he was asleep in the chairs and it just escalated from there, but it was the funnest water fight ever and no one left dry.
Dad trying to get Tyf with the water gun.
Jeb soaking both Mom and Dad with the bucket of water. While Dad was getting Mom.
Dad just waiting for Mom to come back out of the house.
Alex helping make Mom's day.
Everyone kind of ganged up on Tyf to soak her. Uncle Jerold and Alex dumping her in the pool. Poor Kaylie didn't like anyone after the whole water fight.
The only one that wasn't wet was Justin, so Jeb went into the house and cut the top off of a milk jug and filled it with water and ice. Then he told Aunt Denise to soak Justin. Justin told Aunt Denise that he plays dirty and went back inside. We all thought what the crap is he doing? He came out with two pop cans and shook them up and opened them all over Aunt Nise.
Alex trying to get Tyson.
Eric wanted in on the fun so he just soaked himself.
These are my favorite pictures. I was cutting Alex's hair and Jeb was just laying in the chairs all comfortable, looking like he was asleep so Alex told Tyson to dump water on him. At first it looked like he was going to dump his chocolate milk all over him, so I told him to get water. He then tried to get the dog water and dump that on him, so I handed him the milk jug that Jeb had cut the top off of earlier. Tyson got him good.
Well Jeb got his revenge. He totally dunked Tyson in the pool. Then, as I was cleaning Alex up from his haircut Jeb grabbed the bucket of water totally doused Alex. Yea I saw it coming and ran in the house. He had already got me earlier when him and Tyf, and Brad conspired against me. Thanks guys.

Dial Reunion
Me and the kids went to the Dial reunion with Roze, Ronalee, Ashlee, Skylar, and Kinlee. It was so fun. There was an auction. They did a contest called Family Fear/Fun Factor. It was funny to watch. Ronalee and Skylar and Ashlee all participated with one of the cousins named Hayley. It was so fun to watch and to meet other distant family members. They had a blow up enclosed trampoline the kids just had a blast.

I love the Fourth of July!!!!!!!!!
So the 4th is on of my favorite days of the year. Ever since Jeb went to Iraq it has brought a more meaning to me. I have more respect for the flag and the other holidays that are meant to remember the ones that have died for our country and are currently serving or have served. So thank you to all that have served or are serving. I am grateful for the freedoms that we have. We got up early and went to the parade. Yes, mom we decided to go. It was so fun. We sat by Ronalee and her neighbors. Everytime that Ella would get a piece of candy she would bring it over to us to eat. She wasn't quite hungry for lunch after all the candy that she ate. Eric would get really mad at the people throwing the candy when they would hit him. He would yell and sit down and scowl at them. If looks could kill their would be a lot of dead people at the parade. Tyson just loved being with his cousins.
Ella's not quite sure what to think
Tyson I think was more excited than anyone.

Fireworks at Ronalee's
On Tuesday night we went to Ronalee's house to watch the fireworks at her neighbors house. It was so much fun and the kids just absolutely loved it. Tyson and Eric are just like their Dad and we had to really watch them because they wanted to be as close to the fireworks as they could get. Ella on the other hand, everytime that a loud firework went off would stop dead in her tracks and start crying so we always had to stay close to her. I had so much fun watching the kids. Thanks Ronalee for inviting us it was a blast.
